WHO IS FIVE RINGS?
JENNY SMATT
Jenny Smatt is an accomplished and internationally respected swimmer who competed in the 1992 Olympic Games and has achieved many successes in her swim career. She brings the same principled dedication that garnered her success as an athlete and uses them to accomplish goals in both her professional and personal life.
OVERVIEW
Jenny is fortunate to have enjoyed many successes athletically and professionally.
As a 1992 Olympian, Pan American Games finalist, an Academic All-American Athlete and Team Captain for Northwestern University, Jenny knows the importance and discipline of focus, hard-work and navigating the ups and downs of a career.
Professionally Jenny is a business owner and entrepreneur and attributes her success to leveraging the fundamentals and philosophy gained from her athletic career. Jenny welcomes the opportunity to share her stories with others with the view that they will be inspired, encouraged and supported on their individual and collective journeys.
Jenny is able to speak with youth and professionals in small groups as well as in larger conference settings.

Backed by years of experience and research from a team of coaches, My360Mindset was created out of Impact Sports Lab, a leading performance training center dedicated to helping athletes achieve consistent peak performances.
Impact Sports Lab focuses on athletic development, performance nutrition, mental skills training and athlete data, however, we quickly saw the need to expand our mental skills training for students, athletes, schools, teams and businesses, by creating programs accessible in person and online for individuals across the globe.
Dr. Tony Tucci is a fully licensed psychologist, specializing in clinical performance psychology with over 11 years of clinical experience, and over eight years of trauma-informed care in the education system.
